Kent State University at Stark will sponsor Super Science Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 6 at the Fine Arts Building, 6000 Frank Ave. NW, Jackson Township.

Designed for fourth-, fifth- and sixth-grade students, the event is an activity of the Conceptual Chemistry graduate level education course and coordinated by the Kent State University Department of Education.

For $10 each, students will perform and observe 13 chemistry experiments, some including take-home completed projects, such as T-shirt chromatography. Other activities involve making ice cream and crayon art.
