The Corporate University at Kent State Stark is offering a panel discussion to address best practices in the workplace. The program, Best Practices in Talent Management, is scheduled to take place on Thursday, July 12 from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. at The University Center, 6000 Frank Avenue NW in Jackson Township.
Best Practices in Talent Management:
Learn how to attract and retain valuable employees in an increasingly competitive market. Discover why talent management is of strategic importance and gain an understanding of how to implement a successful management system in your organization.
Panelists include Vi Leggett, chief external affairs officer of Aultman College; Valerie Nash, deputy director of human resources for Stark County Department of Job and Family Services; and Ethel Vinson, manager of Learning and Performance Group for FedEx Custom Critical. The panel will be moderated by JoAnn Breedlove, business services manager of The Employment Source.
