Fitness Assessments & Plans


Fitness Assessments
Fitness Assessments test physical capabilities through a variety of measurements that include flexibility, body composition, muscular endurance, and aerobic capacity. Results are then provided in a comprehensive report.

Fitness Assessments can be scheduled Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. However, they must be scheduled a week in advance. To register, stop by or call the Fitness Center front desk.


Fitness Plans

Once you have completed a Fitness Assessment you may begin an exercise program with the health educator. Together you can work to develop a workout or training program based on your goals.

Note: A fitness assessment must be completed prior to scheduling a fitness plan.

Fitness Plans can be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. However, due to our health educator’s busy schedule, time slots are limited. Be sure to schedule your plan at least one week in advance. To register, stop by or call the Fitness Center front desk.
