Academic Transcripts
Copies of your Kent State University academic transcript are available at no charge. In order to process your request, it is imperative that we have the following information from you:

Current name
-
Any former names
-
Current address
-
Student ID number (begins with 8) or social security number
-
Dates of attendance
-
Campuses attended
-
Complete address(es) where transcripts are to be mailed

Student's written signature
-
A phone number or email address where to contact you if there are questions regarding your request.
Transcripts are processed upon receipt and will be mailed within five business days. Allow extra processing time at the beginning and ending of each semester.
All financial obligations to Kent State University must be satisfied before transcripts are released.
Official transcripts sent directly to the student are marked ISSUED TO THE STUDENT and may not be accepted by a third party.
How to Request Your Transcript
For your convenience, you can request transcripts one of the following ways:
Online in FlashFAST > Student Tools > Submit Requests
Access FlashFAST by logging into FlashLine. Click on Student Tools and you can request an official transcript under Submit Requests.
Mail
Print and complete a Transcript Request Form and mail to the address listed to the right.
Fax
Print and complete a Transcript Request Form and fax to the Office of Student Services. The fax number is on the form.
If you attended Kent State University prior to 1990, fax your request to the Kent Campus at 330-672-3867. This will expedite your request. Learn more here.
In Person
Stop in to the Office of Student Services, 132 Main Hall, during regular business hours. Be sure to bring a photo ID with you.
